GRANTS FOR RELIGIOUS HERITAGE
When the subscription has reached at least 5% of the amount of work, the Heritage Foundation is the abundance of a grant. It is funded through a grant paid by the state under the vacant successions, and partnerships with local authorities (regional councils, county councils and intercommunal).
GRANTS TO 730 SUBSCRIPTION ONS COMPLETED:
• average amount of subsidy: 7 000 €
• Average intake of the subsidy in relation to work: 8%
• average amount of support from the Foundation (subscription + Grant): € 15 750 - 18% of the cost work.
PATRONAGE BETTENCOURT
In late 2003, Liliane Bettencourt and Andrew were donating one million euros to the Heritage Foundation.
From 2005 to 2010, the Foundation Bettencourt-Schueller awarded aid of 700 000 € at the Heritage Foundation, 40 000 € in 2010.
latter decided to dedicate these sponsorships to backup and enhancement of religious buildings are not protected by the state under the Historic Monuments (exception), and whose project management was provided by a local authority or association.
Through these sponsorships, 140 operations for safeguarding the religious have been sustained from 2004 to 2010.

ACTION OF JEWISH HERITAGE AND PROTESTANT
Each year since 2005, the Foundation national heritage endows a budget specifically dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of Jewish heritage and Protestant. As with other types of heritage, these grants are conditional on the success of public subscriptions. Projects are subject to the approval of a steering committee chaired by the Heritage Foundation, and composed of eminent persons from both communities.
These funds have to date to support 60 operations, amounting to 47 for the heritage of 13 Protestant and Jewish heritage.
